Effective September 18, 2017, all employers must use the revised Form I-9 (revision data 07/17/17 N) for all new hires and existing employees who require re-verification of their work authorization. Employers are permitted to use the prior revision through September 17th, but why wait? Making the switch now will ensure you are in compliance come September 18th.
