Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is focused on addressing disparities in the workplace and working towards a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture. The benefits of DEI are numerous — higher job satisfaction, better work performance, increased revenue, and attracting better candidates. Therefore, it is in every organization’s best interest to make DEI a top priority.

This four-part DEI series will cover the following topic areas:

  • Introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Combating Implicit Bias
  • Responding to Microaggressions
  • Cultural Competency

This series is designed to help participants uncover the things that create disparities in the workplace and provide them with the tools and knowledge to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
