Description

Workplace safety is paramount under normal circumstances, but even more so as businesses operate during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employers are doing their best to navigate the Governor’s re-opening guidelines, OSHA requirements, CDC recommendations, etc. and adapt when those guidelines, requirements, and recommendations change. Some more successfully than others. We know that OSHA is conducting site visits to monitor compliance with these directives and issuing citations and fines when needed. As such, it is important for employers to have the most up-to-date information and guidance so they can remain compliant.

Join NAE and representatives from Nevada Safety, Consultation, and Training Section (SCATS) for a presentation on the latest OSHA guidelines, including requirements for face coverings, social distancing, and general operations during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, areas where employers are falling short and how to avoid that, and what SCATS can do to assist you to remain compliant before OSHA inspectors arrive.
