Gossip in the workplace has always been an issue but in this current environment, addressing this issue is vital to the effective operations of the business.
With employees trying to point fingers at co-workers based on social media posts, behavior on zoom calls, and sharing confidential information related to COVID-19 test results, the need for good communication is more important than ever.
