DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE (WEBINAR)

Description

Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is focused on addressing disparities in the workplace and working towards a more equitable and inclusive workplace culture. The benefits of DEI are numerous — higher job satisfaction, better work performance, increased revenue, and attracting better candidates. This four-part DEI series will cover the following topic areas:

Introduction to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
Combating Implicit Bias
Responding to Microaggressions
Cultural Competency

This series is designed to help participants uncover the things that create disparities in the workplace and provide them with the tools and knowledge to create a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
