Many companies, in order to continue operations during this pandemic, are temporarily allowing employees to work from home. However, there are still many companies where workers continue to go to their normal worksite — albeit exercising extra precautions in light of the circumstances. In either case, employers need to be aware of the potential implications if someone is injured or develops an illness on the job.
