An interview for a position at your company must check all the boxes.  The questions must be relevant to the position, framed in such a way that we get the information we are seeking, and don’t break any laws.  How do we formulate those good interview questions?

This webinar will dig deeper into that process.  Learn how to identify the positions that need to be filled, who the best candidate would be to fill it, and how to engage with candidates to find a solid hire.  During the webinar, we will examine how to create a job bank, tailor interview questions to ensure your candidate is the right fit, and maintain relationships with candidates. Additionally, different interviewing techniques will be discussed, such as behavioral, situational, skills/intelligence, attitude/personality, the ability to problem solve, and the “million dollar interview question.”
