In the last year more workers have been operating in a virtual work environment – with meetings occurring via Zoom, GoToMeeting, or some other video conferencing service more than face-to-face, and emails becoming more common than phone calls. Therefore, it’s important to make sure that – regardless of the medium – employees maintain the same level of professionalism as if they were in-person and in-office.

This webinar will cover email and video meeting etiquette, including email formatting and what to avoid, preparing for and conducting a video meeting, and common issues in both email and video communications.
