The Nevada Employee Savings Trust (NEST), a state-sponsored retirement plan, is in effect. Private sector employers with more than 5 employees who do not currently offer a tax-favored retirement plan must participate in NEST unless otherwise exempted. The deadline to register to participate or certify your exemption is fast approaching.
