American workers receive, on average, 126 emails each work day. That is 126 opportunities to have a successful interaction or an unfortunate misstep. Whether an email is going to a co-worker, a vendor, or the CEO, it’s important to ensure proper email etiquette. Since many workers will likely be sending more emails now, not less, it’s the perfect time to ensure we are doing it the right way.
From grammar and structure to signature lines to those “oops, I didn’t mean to send that to you” emails, learn how to effectively get your thoughts across to others in a succinct, professional, and structured way.
